RETURN POLICY:

Little Sweethearts does not allow returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your order is wrong and I have made a mistake on my end, please contact me with a note and your order number. I will accommodate you and make sure you get what you originally ordered. For example: If I sent you the wrong pick, shape, bevel, or color, from what you ordered.

Every pick is made entirely by hand, from start to finish, including the making of the raw material itself. They are not commercially manufactured and they may have variation in color from lot to lot and even pick to pick. They may also have slight blemishes, small craters, and light surface scratches - none of these will affect playing and I will not send a pick out that has blemishes on the tips.

Please expect a thickness tolerance of +/- .06mm - which is about the thickness of a piece of printer paper.

We will also not accept returns on broken picks - Proper care and storage are required to give them a long life. It is important to note, our picks are more fragile than a lot of other picks out there, this said, they will NOT break from regular playing.

Even though these Little Sweethearts are high maintenance, most people who play them, really do love them. Just like real life sweethearts…
